Service Description

Are you pro-actively looking to improve your business, or you are just interested in the customer experience, or a specific service, or staff performance? Send in the Covert Coach on an undercover mission to review your service, staff, processes and/or store. The Coach can: - Call or visit in person (within Orange NSW) to make an appointment, or ask for more information, or pretend to shop! - Book in and experience one of your services (costs to be covered) - Review your website - Review your social media Once the mission is complete, you will get a full report of the coach's findings, plus, if you choose, a 30 minute one on one (or team) coaching session where you will get simple and easy to implement tips and coaching to immediately improve your service, processes or systems.
